Chapatti

Ingredients
- 1 c mixed or whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 12 c water
Directions
- Mix break off small portions and roll in balls
- Roll balls out flat and thin cook in oiled hot skillet or on griddle
- These are done when brown spots appear
- Cook both sides
- Eat plain or with butter or honey
- Makes 5 to 6 Chapatti
