Ingredients
- 1 c self-rising cornmeal
- 12 c cream-style corn
- 1 small carton sour cream
- 2 tsp minced onion
- 2 eggs
- 14 c corn oil
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together
- Bake at 400 for 30 to 45 minutes or until golden brown and pulls away from sides of pan grease pan before baking
