Ingredients

  • 1 c 4 oz shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 1 c nonfat milk
  • 1 tsp original Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 tsp dry mustard
  • 14 tsp garlic salt
  • 10 drops yellow food coloring
  • 8 broiled tomato halves
  • chopped parsley for garnish

Directions

  1. Toss together cheese and flour set aside
  2. Heat together milk Worcestershire mustard garlic salt and food coloring in saucepan
  3. Turn heat to low add cheese stirring until cheese is melted
  4. For each serving pour 12 cup sauce over 2 tomato halves
  5. Garnish with parsley
  6. Contains 209 calories per serving
