Cheddar-Broiled TomatoesServes 4
Ingredients
- 1 c 4 oz shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 c nonfat milk
- 1 tsp original Worcestershire sauce
- 12 tsp dry mustard
- 14 tsp garlic salt
- 10 drops yellow food coloring
- 8 broiled tomato halves
- chopped parsley for garnish
Directions
- Toss together cheese and flour set aside
- Heat together milk Worcestershire mustard garlic salt and food coloring in saucepan
- Turn heat to low add cheese stirring until cheese is melted
- For each serving pour 12 cup sauce over 2 tomato halves
- Garnish with parsley
