Cheddar Baked Potato Slices
Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c shredded cheese
- 12 tsp paprika
- 4 medium baking potatoes cut into 14-inch slices
Directions
- In a small bowl combine soup paprika and pepper
- In a greased 2-quart oblong baking dish arrange potatoes
- Sprinkle with cheese
- Spoon mixture over cheese
- Cover with foil and bake at 400 for 45 minutes covered
- Uncover and bake 10 more minutes or until tender
