Cheddar Baked Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 12 tsp paprika
  • 12 tsp pepper
  • 4 medium baking potatoes cut into 14-inch slices
  • 1 c shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. In smal bowl combine soup paprika and pepper
  2. In a greased 2-quart oblong baking dish arrange potatoes in overlapping rows Sprinkle with cheese
  3. Spoon soup mixture over cheese
  4. Cover with foil
  5. Bake at 400 for 45 minutes
  6. Uncover
  7. Bake 10 minutes or until potatoes are fork-tender
