Cheddar Beef Pie

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 egg
• 13 c chopped onion
• 34 c Kelloggs corn flake crumbs
• 2 Tbsp barbecue sauce
• 1 tsp salt
• dash of pepper
• 12 c celery slices
• 2 Tbsp margarine
• 1 12 c 6 oz shredded Cheddar cheese
• 1 4 oz can drained mushrooms
• 14 c corn flake crumbs

Directions

1. Combine meat egg onion 34 cup corn flake crumbs barbecue sauce and seasonings mix lightly
2. Press meat mixture into bottom and sides of 9-inch pie plate
3. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes Remove meat shell from oven drain
