Cheddar Cheese Ball

Ingredients
- 2 each 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 8 oz cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped scallion
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped chives
- 1 tsp chopped parsley
- 14 tsp dry mustard
- 1 cup chopped pecans or any other kind of nut
Directions
- Combine cheese scallion chives parsley and mustard
- Form into a ball
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm approximately one hour
- Roll in pecans
