Cheddar Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp margarine
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 14 tsp salt
- 1 14 c milk
- 2 c sharp shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions
- In a saucepan melt margarine
- Stir in flour and salt
- Add milk Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly
- Cook and stir for one minute more
- Add cheese stir until melted
- Makes 2 cups
