Cheddar Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp margarine
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 14 tsp salt
  • 1 14 c milk
  • 2 c sharp shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. In a saucepan melt margarine
  2. Stir in flour and salt
  3. Add milk Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly
  4. Cook and stir for one minute more
  5. Add cheese stir until melted
  6. Makes 2 cups
