Cheddar Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 c milk
• 2 Tbsp butter
• 2 Tbsp flour
• 1 c grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

1. Melt butter Stir in flour and simmer Briskly stir in warm milk Blend well
2. Heat until boiling
3. Stir in cheese Blend well
