Cheddar Crab Meats

Ingredients
- 1 pkg English muffins
- 1 8 oz jar Kraft Cheez Whiz
- 1 6 oz can crab meat
- 1 stick margarine
- 14 c chopped onion
Directions
- Melt margarine in saucepan add onion and allow onion to slightly brown
- Add Cheez Whiz and allow to melt
- Crumble crab meat into mixture and stir
- Take off heat
- Split and toast English muffins
- Spread mixture on muffins
- These can be cooked immediately refrigerated or frozen
- When frozen the muffins can be cut easier in half or even fourths
- Cook in oven at 350 for 10 minutes 20 minutes if frozen
