Cheddar Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 32 oz frozen hash brown potatoes thawed
  • 1 can cream of celery or cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 12 c melted margarine
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 1 medium diced onion optional

Directions

  1. Mix together and put in 9 x 13-inch buttered pan
  2. Mix together 1 12 cups corn flake crumbs and 12 cup melted margarine
  3. Sprinkle over top and bake at 350 for 45 minutes
