Cheddar Potatoes

Ingredients
- 32 oz frozen hash brown potatoes thawed
- 1 can cream of celery or cream of chicken soup
- 2 c shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c sour cream
- 12 c melted margarine
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 medium diced onion optional
Directions
- Mix together and put in 9 x 13-inch buttered pan
- Mix together 1 12 cups corn flake crumbs and 12 cup melted margarine
- Sprinkle over top and bake at 350 for 45 minutes
