Cheddar Spinach Quiche

Ingredients
- 1 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach cooked and drained
- 2 c 8 oz shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 c milk
- 2 eggs beaten
- 3 crisply cooked bacon slices crumbled
- 12 tsp salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 9-inch unbaked pastry shell
Directions
- Drain spinach well on absorbent paper
- Toss cheese with flour Add spinach milk eggs bacon and seasonings
- Mix well Pour into pastry shell Bake at 350 for 1 hour
- Garnish with additional bacon if desired
- Yields 6 servings
