Cheddar Spinach Quiche

Ingredients

  • 1 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach cooked and drained
  • 2 c 8 oz shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 1 c milk
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 3 crisply cooked bacon slices crumbled
  • 12 tsp salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 9-inch unbaked pastry shell

Directions

  1. Drain spinach well on absorbent paper
  2. Toss cheese with flour Add spinach milk eggs bacon and seasonings
  3. Mix well Pour into pastry shell Bake at 350 for 1 hour
  4. Garnish with additional bacon if desired
  5. Yields 6 servings
