Cheddary Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp margarine
  • 1 small onion sliced
  • 1 10 34 oz can broccoli cheese soup
  • 13 c milk
  • 18 tsp pepper
  • 4 medium potatoes cooked and sliced about 3 12 c

Directions

  1. In skillet over medium heat in hot margarine cook onion until tender
  2. Stir in soup milk and pepper
  3. Heat to boiling
  4. Add potatoes
  5. Reduce heat to low
  6. Cover and simmer 5 minutes or until hot and bubbling stirring occasionally
  7. Garnish with sage if desired
  8. Cooking time is about 10 minutes
