Cheddary Scalloped Potatoes
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp margarine
- 1 small onion sliced
- 1 10 34 oz can broccoli cheese soup
- 13 c milk
- 18 tsp pepper
- 4 medium potatoes cooked and sliced about 3 12 c
Directions
- In skillet over medium heat in hot margarine cook onion until tender
- Stir in soup milk and pepper
- Heat to boiling
- Add potatoes
- Reduce heat to low
- Cover and simmer 5 minutes or until hot and bubbling stirring occasionally
- Garnish with sage if desired
- Cooking time is about 10 minutes
