Cheese-Broccoli Dip

Ingredients

  • 10 34 oz can condensed broccoli soup
  • 10 oz pkg frozen chopped broccoli thawed and drained
  • 1 chopped medium tomato
  • 12 c sour cream
  • 2 tsp Dijon-style mustard

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl combine soup broccoli tomato sour cream and mustard
  2. Cover
  3. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving Serve with crackers and chips for dipping
  4. Makes about 3 cups or 12 appetizer servings
