Cheese-Pineapple Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 16 oz can pineapple tidbits drained
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 12 c sugar
- 1 c grated cheese
- 1 c crushed Ritz cracker crumbs
- 1 stick margarine melted
Directions
- Put pineapple in 2-quart casserole dish
- Mix flour sugar and cheese and cover pineapple
- Cover this with cracker crumbs Drizzle margarine over crumbs
- Bake at 350 until bubbly approximately 20 minutes
- Makes 4 to 6 servings
