Cheese-Potato Bake

Ingredients

• 5 medium potatoes peeled and sliced
• 23 c milk
• 12 tsp Tabasco
• 1 12 tsp salt
• 1 Tbsp butter
• 14 lb cheese grated
• 14 tsp paprika

Directions

1. Place sliced potatoes in shallow greased baking dish
2. Combine milk Tabasco and salt
3. Pour over potatoes
4. Dot with 1 tablespoon butter
5. Bake uncovered 40 minutes at 400 until tender
6. Top with cheese and sprinkle with paprika
7. Bake 5 minutes longer
