Cheese And Chicken Enchiladas
Ingredients
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 Tbsp margarine
- 1 12 c shredded cooked chicken
- 1 12 oz jar picante sauce divided
- 1 3 oz pkg cream cheese cubed
- 2 c 8 oz shredded extra sharp Cheddar cheese divided
- 8 flour tortillas 6-inch
Directions
- Heat oven to 350
- Cook and stir onion in margarine in large skillet until tender
- Stir in chicken 14 cup picante sauce and cream cheese cook until thoroughly heated
- Stir in 1 cup cheese
