Cheese And Chile Dip
Ingredients
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
- 1 12 c 6 oz shredded mild Cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp chicken-flavored bouillon granules
- dash of hot sauce
- 1 medium tomato chopped
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped onion
- 1 4 oz can chopped green chiles
Directions
- Combine the first five ingredients in a bowl and beat at medium speed with mixer until smooth
- If you use a food processor use the knife blade
- Drain the can of chiles
- Gently stir in the last three ingredients
- Chill well
- If you wish garnish with chile strip
- Set out at room temperature before serving about 10 to 15 minutes
