Cheese And Chilies Roll

Ingredients
- 8 oz Velveeta cheese
- 8 oz cream cheese not light or fat-free
- 2 cans chopped green chilies drained
Directions
- Bring cheeses to room temperature
- On a sheet of wax paper roll out Velveeta
- Divide the cream cheese into small portions and put on top of Velveeta
- Roll again
- Spread the green chilies over cheeses
- Roll up as for a jelly roll
- Divide into 2 rolls Serve with crackers
