Cheese And Pineapple Salad

Ingredients

• 34 c sugar
• 12 c syrup from canned crushed pineapple
• 1 envelope plain gelatin
• 14 c cold water
• 1 c crushed pineapple
• 1 c heavy cream whipped
• 1 4 oz pkg Philadelphia cream cheese

Directions

1. Mix and dissolve cream cheese in sugar and a little cream Cook sugar syrup and cold water until dissolved
2. Soften gelatin in cold water add to juice
3. Chill until partially set
4. Add pineapple cheese and whipped cream
5. Add English walnuts if desired
