Cheese And Sour Cream Potatoes
Ingredients
- 2 lb frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c 1 pt sour cream
- 2 c grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
- 12 c butter melted
- 1 c bread crumbs
Directions
- Combine potatoes soup sour cream cheese onion and salt and pepper and put in a 9 x 13 inch greased glass dish
- Mix melted butter and bread crumbs together and spread over top of potato mixture
- Bake for 45 minutes in a preheated 350 oven
