Cheese And Vegetable Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 12 c milk
  • 1 c soft bread crumbs
  • 1 can pimento chopped
  • 1 Tbsp minced parsley
  • 1 12 Tbsp minced onion
  • 38 tsp salt
  • 18 tsp pepper
  • dash of paprika
  • dash of garlic salt
  • 3 eggs well beaten
  • 1 12 c grated Cheddar or processed American cheese
  • 1 c drained cooked vegetables such as carrots peas cauliflower string beans and leftovers

Directions

  1. Heat milk pour over bread crumbs
  2. Add pimento parsley onion grated cheese and seasonings then add eggs
  3. Put the vegetables in a greased or oiled 1 12-quart casserole pour milk and cheese mixture over them
  4. Set in pan of warm water
  5. Bake in moderate oven at 350 for 1 hour or until firm
  6. Serves 6
