Cheese And Vegetable Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 12 c milk
- 1 c soft bread crumbs
- 1 can pimento chopped
- 1 Tbsp minced parsley
- 1 12 Tbsp minced onion
- 38 tsp salt
- 18 tsp pepper
- dash of paprika
- dash of garlic salt
- 3 eggs well beaten
- 1 12 c grated Cheddar or processed American cheese
- 1 c drained cooked vegetables such as carrots peas cauliflower string beans and leftovers
Directions
- Heat milk pour over bread crumbs
- Add pimento parsley onion grated cheese and seasonings then add eggs
- Put the vegetables in a greased or oiled 1 12-quart casserole pour milk and cheese mixture over them
- Set in pan of warm water
- Bake in moderate oven at 350 for 1 hour or until firm
- Serves 6
