Cheese And Veggie Crescents
Ingredients
- 1 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach or broccoli thawed and well drained
- 12 lb cheese Velveeta cubed
- 14 c bread crumbs
- 3 slices crisp bacon crumbled
- 2 8 oz cans crescent rolls
Directions
- Combine spinach or broccoli cheese spread bread crumbs and bacon in a 1 12-quart saucepan
- Cook over low heat stirring occasionally until cheese is melted
- Unroll dough
- and separate into 16 triangles
- Cut each triangle in half lengthwise so youll have 32 triangles
- Spread each triangle with about 1 teaspoon of mixture
- Roll up starting at wide end
- Place on greased cookie sheets
- Bake at 375 for 11 to 13 minutes or until golden brown Makes 32 appetizers
