Cheese Ball

Ingredients

• 2 8 oz pkg Philadelphia cream cheese
• 1 9 oz can crushed pineapple
• 14 c chopped green pepper
• 2 c chopped pecans
• 2 Tbsp chopped onion
• 1 tsp salt

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients except pecans
2. Add a small portion of pecans to mixed ingredients
3. Roll into a ball
4. Add rest of the pecans to outside of ball
