Cheese Ball Or Log

Ingredients

• 2 8 oz cream cheese
• 8 oz Cheddar cheese shredded
• 1 Tbsp chopped green pepper
• 1 tsp grated onion
• 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 Tbsp lemon juice
• dash of salt and pepper
• 12 c chopped pecans

Directions

1. Have cream cheese at room temperature
2. Combine with all ingredients except nuts
3. Form into ball or log
4. Place in refrigerator and chill
5. Take out and roll ball or log in nuts Wrap in waxed paper or foil and place in refrigerator until time to serve
