Cheese Broccoli Soup

Ingredients

• 2 pkg frozen chopped broccoli
• 1 chopped onion small
• 4 cans chicken broth
• 1 c milk
• 3 Tbsp flour
• 1 c Velveeta cheese

Directions

1. In a colander thaw the broccoli under hot water
2. In a large saucepan add broth and onions and bring to a boil
3. Add broccoli and cook 5 minutes
4. Add milk and flour put in shaker and shake until smooth
5. Add to broth
6. Stir and add cheese cook until the cheese melts
