Cheese Cake

Ingredients

• 14 lb butter at room temperature
• 1 pt sour cream
• 2 lb cream cheese at room temperature
• 4 eggs
• 1 12 c sugar
• 3 Tbsp flour
• 3 Tbsp cornstarch
• 1 Tbsp vanilla

Directions

1. Blend cream cheese and butter
2. Add sugar and eggs mix well There may be small lumps of cream cheese thats okay
3. Add remaining ingredients
