Cheese Cake Delight

Ingredients

• 1 6 oz pkg zwieback toasted bran bread
• 12 c butter or margarine
• 1 12 c sugar
• 3 c cottage cheese
• 4 eggs
• 12 c cream
• 12 tsp salt
• 4 Tbsp flour
• 2 Tbsp lemon juice
• 1 12 tsp grated lemon rind

Directions

1. Roll the zwieback into fine crumbs and mix with the melted butter or margarine and 12 cup of the sugar
2. Pack all but 12 cup of this mixture on the bottom and sides of a well-greased 9-inch pan
