Cheese Carrots

Ingredients

  • 2 lb fresh carrots sliced
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 12 lb Velveeta cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • corn flakes crumbs

Directions

  1. Cook carrots until tender drain
  2. Place in baking dish sprayed with Pam
  3. Melt cheese and butter
  4. Stir constantly or it will scorch
  5. Pour over carrots
  6. Top with corn flakes crumbs Dot with butter
  7. Bake at 350 until brown and bubbly
