Cheese Carrots

Ingredients
- 2 lb fresh carrots sliced
- 1 stick margarine
- 12 lb Velveeta cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- corn flakes crumbs
Directions
- Cook carrots until tender drain
- Place in baking dish sprayed with Pam
- Melt cheese and butter
- Stir constantly or it will scorch
- Pour over carrots
- Top with corn flakes crumbs Dot with butter
- Bake at 350 until brown and bubbly
