Ingredients

• 2 c flour
• 12 lb butter
• 12 lb grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

1. Cream with hands
2. Roll into balls and flatten Brush with egg white
3. Bake at 400 to 425 until brown
4. Sprinkle with salt
