Cheese Fondue

Ingredients

  • 1 block mild Cheddar cheese
  • 12 glass wine any brand
  • 1 Tbsp flour
  • 1 loaf French bread

Directions

  1. Grate cheese add wine and flour
  2. Put in a double boiler on top of stove
  3. Melt nice and hot
  4. Add more wine if needed to thin
  5. Cut French bread in cubes
  6. With a fork dip bread in melted cheese and eat while hot
