Cheese Fondue Bake

Ingredients
- 14 c softened reduced fat butter
- 2 T dijon mustard
- 10 slices French bread
- 8 large beaten eggs
- 1 c skim milk
- 14 t salt
- 18 t pepper
- 13 c chicken broth
- 2 c shredded Swiss cheese
Directions
- Mix butter and mustard then spread on one side of each slice of bread
- Cut bread into cubes
- Beat remaining ingredients with wire whisk until uniform
- Stir in bread cubes
- Pour into a well greased baking dish
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
