Cheese Grits

Ingredients

  • 1 12 c hominy grits
  • 6 c water
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 12 c milk
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 1 lb sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 3 tsp seasoned salt
  • paprika

Directions

  1. Cook grits until thick
  2. While hot add remaining ingredients and stir
  3. Sprinkle with paprika
  4. Bake 1 hour at 350 in a 9 x 13-inch pan
  5. Yield
