Cheese Grits

Ingredients
- 6 oz tube sharp cheese
- 6 oz tube garlic cheese
- 4 c water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 c grits
- 14 c butter
Directions
- Slice or tear cheese into small pieces
- Bring salted water to boil slowly add grits
- Bring to second boil reduce heat and cook over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes stirring
- Add cheese and butter to grits stirring until cheese melts
- Pour into ungreased casserole
- Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes
