Cheese KnotsTastes Like Soft Pretzels

Ingredients

  • 1 12 c Wheat Chex or 2 c corn or rice
  • 3 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp butter or margarine melted
  • 1 can 75 oz refrigerated biscuits

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425
  2. Mix together Chex crushed cheese and butter
  3. Separate biscuit dough into 10 biscuits
  4. Cut each in half
  5. Press each half in crumb mixture to coat both sides
  6. With hands roll each piece to form an 8-inch stick crumbs will work into dough
  7. Gently tie to form a knot
  8. Place on ungreased cookie sheet
  9. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until light brown
  10. Serve immediately
  11. Makes 20 servings
