Cheese Log

Ingredients

• 2 8 oz pkg cream cheese
• 1 12 c finely chopped pecans divided
• 12 c finely chopped celery
• 14 c finely chopped green pepper
• 2 Tbsp finely chopped onion
• 1 tsp seasoned salt

Directions

1. Combine cream cheese 12 cup of pecans and remaining ingredients until thoroughly blended
2. Shape into two 8-inch long logs
3. Roll in remaining pecans chill
