Cheese Logs

Ingredients

• 1 lb mild cheese
• 1 lb sharp cheese
• 2 pkg 8 oz each cream cheese
• juice of 1 lemon
• 1 tsp garlic juice
• 1 Tbsp Tabasco sauce
• finely chopped pecans
• dry parsley flakes
• paprika

Directions

1. Refrigerate until ready to use
