Cheese Meat Loaf
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 34 c ketchup
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 15 soda crackers
- 1 egg
Directions
- Mix together
- Pat out
- Place 2 to 3 slices of cheese
- Roll up
- Place in pan
- Baste with ketchup and brown sugar
- Cover with foil
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour
