Cheese Meat Roll

Ingredients

• 1 12 lb hamburger
• 1 egg
• 34 c cracker crumbs
• 12 c chopped onion
• 2 8 oz cans tomato sauce
• 1 tsp salt
• 12 tsp oregano
• 18 tsp pepper
• 2 c shredded cheese

Directions

1. Combine beef egg crumbs onion 13 cup sauce salt oregano and pepper
2. Mix well and shape into flat rectangle about 10 x 12 inches on waxed paper
3. Sprinkle cheese over
4. Roll as for jelly roll press ends to seal
5. Bake in shallow baking dish at 350 for 1 hour
6. Drain off excess fat
7. Pour remaining sauce over roll bake an additional 15 minutes
