Cheese Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 lb frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c diced onions
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 2 c Post Toasties

Directions

  1. In a large casserole dish mix potatoes sour cream onion soup mix and cheese
  2. Also add salt and pepper in a saucepan melt butter
  3. After it melts crumble your Toasties in with your butter
  4. When the Post Toasties are pretty well soaked in the butter spread over the contents already in the dish
  5. Bake at 350 for one hour or until cheese is brown
