Cheese Potatoes

Ingredients

• 6 medium potatoes cooked and grated
• 2 c sharp cheese grated
• 13 c margarine
• 1 12 c sour cream room temperature
• 13 c chopped onion
• salt and pepper to taste
• 2 Tbsp butter

Directions

1. Cook the potatoes and grate or mash with a wire potato masher Combine cheese and butter
2. Melt
3. Add sour cream onion salt and pepper Fold in potatoes
4. Put into 2-quart casserole Dot with butter
5. Bake 25 minutes at 350
6. Yummy
