Cheese Ring
Ingredients
- 1 16 oz pkg extra sharp Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 16 oz pkg medium Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 small onion grated
- 1 c mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Texas Pete hot sauce
- 1 c chopped pecans
- parsley sprigs
- Garners strawberry preserves
Directions
- Combine first 5 ingredients and mix well Add 34 cup pecans and mix Shape into a ring and pat remaining pecans on top Chill Put on platter or on sheet of wax paper
