Cheese Ring
Ingredients
- 16 oz extra sharp Cheddar cheese shredded
- 16 oz medium Cheddar shredded
- 1 small onion grated
- 1 c mayonnaise
- 1 tsp red pepper
- 1 c chopped pecans
- 12 oz strawberry preserves
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except pecans and preserves mix well Sprinkle 14 cup pecans in a greased ring mold
- Press cheese into mold
- Chill
- Unmold and place remaining pecans on top
- Put preserves in the middle
