Cheese Roasts

Ingredients
- 2 lb meat 1-inch cubes
- 12 c flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 18 tsp pepper
- 1 large onion chopped
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 1 c sour cream or milk
- 1 Tbsp vinegar or 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 c Mozzarella cheese grated
- paprika
Directions
- Mix flour salt and pepper
- Coat meat
- Heat oil in skillet Cook onion until tender
- Add meat cubes
- Cook until brown Slowly add sour cream or milk and vinegar or lemon juice
- Stir constantly
