Cheese Roll
Ingredients
- 2 lb Velveeta cheese
- 12 c chopped pecans
- garlic powder to taste
- red pepper to taste
- chili powder
Directions
- Set cheese out until soft add garlic powder red pepper and pecans
- Mix well with hands
- Roll into two rolls
- Sprinkle with chili powder
- Refrigerate slice when cool
