Cheese Roll

Ingredients

• 1 lb Cheddar cheese grated
• 1 c pecan meal
• 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese

Directions

1. Mix ingredients well
2. Flavor with either garlic onion or wine
3. Shape into roll roll in red pepper paprika or ground pecans
