Cheese Rounds

Ingredients
- 3 c all-purpose flour
- 12 tsp salt
- 18 tsp red pepper
- 12 tsp paprika
- 1 c butter softened
- 2 c shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Directions
- Combine flour salt pepper and paprika stir well
- Cut in butter until mixture looks like coarse meal
- Add cheese stir well
- Roll dough to 13-inch thick on floured surface
- Cut with a 1 34-inch biscuit cutter
- Place on greased baking sheet
- Bake at 450 for 15 minutes
- Yields about 4 dozen
