Cheese Sandwiches

Ingredients

• 1 Tbsp butter
• 1 Tbsp flour
• 1 Tbsp sugar
• 1 beaten egg
• 12 c sweet cream
• 2 hard-boiled eggs
• 14 lb Velveeta cheese
• 1 Tbsp chopped onion
• 1 12 Tbsp chopped pimento
• 34 tsp salt
• 18 tsp pepper

Directions

1. Cook the butter flour sugar egg and 12 cup sweet cream over low heat until sauce reaches a boiling point stir frequently
2. Pour hot sauce over the chopped eggs cheese onion and pimento
3. Add salt and pepper
