Cheese Souffle
Ingredients
- 9 slices white bread trimmed and dotted with butter
- 2 c medium grated Cheddar
- 2 c milk
- 4 beaten eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 14 tsp dry mustard
Directions
- Grease a 1 12-quart baking dish
- Layer bread and cheese Mix eggs milk salt and mustard Pour over bread
- Cover and refrigerate overnight
- Place in cold oven at 325 for 30 minutes Turn off oven and allow souffle to sit 10 minutes
