Cheese Souffle

Ingredients

  • 9 slices white bread trimmed and dotted with butter
  • 2 c medium grated Cheddar
  • 2 c milk
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 14 tsp dry mustard

Directions

  1. Grease a 1 12-quart baking dish
  2. Layer bread and cheese Mix eggs milk salt and mustard Pour over bread
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight
  4. Place in cold oven at 325 for 30 minutes Turn off oven and allow souffle to sit 10 minutes
