Cheese Spread
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 12 c mayonnaise
- 12 c chopped pecans
- 1 c chopped green olives
- 2 Tbsp olive juice
- dash of pepper
Directions
- Mash cream cheese with a fork and add mayonnaise
- Blend well Stir in 12 cup chopped pecans and 1 cup chopped olives
- Add 2 tablespoons olive juice and a dash of pepper no salt
- Stir well
- Refrigerate overnight
