Cheese Squares
Ingredients
- sliced jalapenos
- 2 lb bag ColbyJack cheese
- 3 to 4 eggs
- 3 Tbsp flour
- 5 oz evaporated milk
Directions
- Randomly place sliced jalapenos in the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan
- Sprinkle ColbyJack cheese over jalapenos
- In a small bowl beat eggs
- Add flour and evaporated milk
- Stir together
- Mix will be lumpy
- Pour over cheese and bake at 350 for about 40 minutes
- Let cool a few minutes and then cut into squares
