Cheese Surprise

Ingredients

• 1 biscuit per person
• 1 Tbsp grated cheese per person
• 1 Tbsp butter

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400
2. Grease cookie sheet
3. Split each biscuit in half
4. Place one half from each biscuit on cookie sheet
5. Pat it out so it is twice as big
6. Place 1 tablespoon of cheese on each biscuit on the cookie sheet
7. Stretch the remaining biscuit halves to fit over each of the cheese topped biscuit halves
8. Place one on top of the other
9. With a fork lightly press down with the tines around all the edges
10. Melt butter with a pastry brush
11. Spread butter over biscuits so they are covered completely
12. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown
