Cheese Vegetable Dish

Ingredients
- 12 lb Cheddar cheese cut into chunks
- 12 c margarine
- 8 oz frozen broccoli thawed and drained
- 8 oz frozen cauliflower thawed and drained
- 1 c crushed saltine crackers
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Melt cheese and margarine
- Add vegetables stir in crackers Sprinkle some crackers over top
- Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until done
