Cheese Vegetable Dish

Ingredients

  • 12 lb Cheddar cheese cut into chunks
  • 12 c margarine
  • 8 oz frozen broccoli thawed and drained
  • 8 oz frozen cauliflower thawed and drained
  • 1 c crushed saltine crackers
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Melt cheese and margarine
  2. Add vegetables stir in crackers Sprinkle some crackers over top
  3. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until done
