Cheese Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

• 12 c grated carrots
• 2 Tbsp chopped onion
• 2 c salted boiling water
• 2 10 12 oz cans celery soup
• 1 c milk
• 1 12 c grated sharp cheese
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions

1. Cook carrots and onion in boiling water until tender
2. Stir in soup milk cheese and Worcestershire sauce
3. Stir over low heat until cheese melts
4. Garnish with parsley
5. Serves 6 to 8
