Cheese Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
- 12 c grated carrots
- 2 Tbsp chopped onion
- 2 c salted boiling water
- 2 10 12 oz cans celery soup
- 1 c milk
- 1 12 c grated sharp cheese
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- Cook carrots and onion in boiling water until tender
- Stir in soup milk cheese and Worcestershire sauce
- Stir over low heat until cheese melts
- Garnish with parsley
- Serves 6 to 8
